Tuesday

I lay in bed this morning consciously thinking about getting up and going to the gym, and I did it!

Here's my day so far:

9:20 a.m. Kashi cookie
Why? It's convenient and I knew I needed to eat "something" before going to the gym

9:40 a.m. GYM. 35 minutes on the treadmill with an average speed of 3.1 miles, at an average incline of 3.0. Distance 1.82 miles, 185 calories burned according to the treadmill (but I just did the QuickStart and didn't put my weight in).

During that time, I had 24 oz of water.
