I lay in bed this morning consciously thinking about getting up and going to the gym, and I did it!
Here's my day so far:
9:20 a.m. Kashi cookie
Why? It's convenient and I knew I needed to eat "something" before going to the gym
9:40 a.m. GYM. 35 minutes on the treadmill with an average speed of 3.1 miles, at an average incline of 3.0. Distance 1.82 miles, 185 calories burned according to the treadmill (but I just did the QuickStart and didn't put my weight in).
During that time, I had 24 oz of water.

Monday, November 29th
9:40 am Kashi cookie
Why? I was headed to go workout and knew I needed "something" to eat and that was easy and convenient.
How much? 1 cookie
How I felt after? Fine. Knew it wasn't the best choice...
Around 3, I grabbed a Jr. Burger and Cherry Coke Zero at Sonic. I had run out of the house earlier for an unexpected appointment and hadn't eaten.
I got home around 7:45 and ate a small bbq chicken breast left over from dinner last night. I felt pretty good after eating that, but wanted something more - wished we had potatoes or sweet potatoes...instead I munched on macadamia nut caramel corn...

Walk/Jog. 1.48 miles, 26.54 minutes, stretching before and after.
